Terms of Service

General

  1. All prices and turnaround duration are per character.

  2. Characters with intricate or fine designs will be simplified.

  3. Background is plain white/coloured/transparent (PNG) if requested.

  4. Slots are first come, first served. Time-sensitive deadlines will not be entertained.

  5. A design fee will be applied for requests that have no references or text-heavy description

  6. I reserve the rights to decline or discontinue your commission at any time.

  7. I retain my rights over the commission (e.g to post on my social media, galleries, use for publicity, promotions, etc.)

  8. The final product is strictly for PERSONAL USE. Commercial use or interchangable transaction (NFT/AI) are PROHIBITED.

Process

  1. Send your commission details and visual references to reserve a slot.

  2. Depending on slot order, the rough draft will be sent along with pricing and payment details.

  3. Commission will be continued after full payment. No cancellation once payment has gone through.

  4. Commissioners who paid first will have their slots be put forward.

  5. 2 additional drafts may be requested to check for progress or for minor changes.

  6. Major or late changes will incur 20% extra charge and longer completion time.

  7. You will receive the final product in full resolution via Google Drive.

  8. Commissions are non-refundable, except in the events that I have not started on the commission within 2 weeks after payment.
